My experience with Mental Edge Fitness Neurofeedback has been a life changing one. I have been able to learn so many things that have helped with my performance over the years. Before I started working with neurofeedback I found it difficult to stay focused in competition when the environment got difficult or nerve wracking. However, I noticed that as I began to work with neurofeedback more, I was able to keep myself focused on the here and the now, which allowed me to make moves faster and stay on top of the constantly changing conditions. When I was put in a situation where one shot would either win or lose a match, I was able to step back and use what I learned through my work with my neurofeedback to keep myself calm, focused, and relaxed, in order to make the best shot that I could.
