I was definitely excited to experience the power of neurofeedback since I had heard about it for decades, but was unaware of how it could be used for productivity until now. I could feel after a few sessions my anxiousness subside when I had an important task to complete with time constraints. I usually had a hard time sitting down to focus because I would normally be so focused on the time constraint, but through this program, I have about 80% less resistance and my thoughts are clearer because I can just relax and focus on the task at hand, which saves me a lot of time!! I also went through the Mind-Body program, which really made me feel whole and connected with my mind and body. I'm able to sleep better and just be more productive all around in every area of my life!!
