Mental Edge Fitness has awakened my mind-body connection like never before. The program has helped lower my resting heart rate substantially and I am now able to consciously recover to baseline much faster during high-intensity interval training. I’m still a bit of a klutz, but subjectively I see improvement in balance and coordination. However, for me the greatest discovery the program has led me to, is that the mind can create an idea or goal that the body can translate into superior performance. I’m excited to continue the program and see what else I can achieve.
