Yes, kids, and teenagers. Schools students, college‑age. Age 5 to 16.

Absolutely. We have specific programs for seniors. And these kind of programs are very beneficial for helping improving and/or slowing brain aging. We collaborate with Senior Facilities to apply our programs.
Unfortunately, you will need to wait one more year to join our programs. Contact us by then.

About Neurofeedback And Brain Mapping

A brain map is a non-invasive assessment that measures your brainwave activity. It identifies strengths, imbalances, and opportunities for improvement like a fitness test for your brain.
Neurofeedback is brain training. Using real-time feedback, your brain learns to self-regulate, improving focus, sleep, mood, memory, and resilience. It’s safe, non-invasive, and evidence-based.
Yes. Neurofeedback and brain mapping are non-invasive, painless, and completely safe. Nothing is put into your brain only readings from external sensors and feedback are provided.

It depends on your goals, but many clients start noticing improvements within 10–15 sessions. A full program is often 20–40 sessions for lasting results, and a periodic sessions to maintain.

No. MEFS programs are complementary tools for performance and wellness, not medical treatment. We encourage clients to continue following any medical advice from their healthcare providers.
