Yes. We create tailored programs for sports teams, companies, and organizations seeking to boost group performance, leadership, and resilience.

We start with a brain map to understand how your brain is functioning. Based on the results and your goals, we design a personalized training plan.

About MEFS Brain Mapping

qEEG brain mapping is a non-invasive assessment that measures electrical activity in the brain and compares it to normative data. It provides a detailed picture of how different brain regions function during focus, stress, and recovery, helping guide personalized performance training.

Yes. qEEG brain mapping is completely non-invasive, drug-free, and involves no electrical stimulation. It only records brain activity and has been used safely in research and performance settings for decades.

Brain mapping is ideal for professionals, executives, students, athletes, and high performers who want objective insight into how their brain functions. It is also valuable for individuals experiencing high cognitive load or chronic stress who want data-driven improvement.

A brain map reveals how effectively the brain manages focus, stress, emotional regulation, and recovery. It highlights areas that may be overactive or underactive, providing objective insight into strengths and areas for improvement.

A typical qEEG brain mapping session takes about 60 to 90 minutes, including preparation and data collection. The process is comfortable and requires no recovery time afterward.

Brain mapping itself does not create change. It provides objective data that guides training decisions. Improvement comes from consistent, targeted training informed by the brain map.

Many clients notice improvements in focus, emotional control, or confidence within the first few sessions. Results depend on consistency, individual goals, and whether training is combined with other tools such as neurofeedback.

Yes. Mental Skills Training and neurofeedback work very well together. Neurofeedback trains the brain from the inside out, while mental skills training develops conscious control from the outside in. Combined, they often accelerate progress and help results last longer.

No prior experience is needed. All skills are taught step by step and adapted to your goals, age, and performance demands.

About MEFS Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback training is a data-driven process that helps the brain learn to function more efficiently through real-time feedback. It allows the brain to adjust its own activity and reinforce more effective patterns over time.

Yes. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive training method that involves no electrical stimulation. It has been used safely for decades in performance, research, and clinical settings and simply supports the brain’s natural ability to self-regulate.

Yes. At MEFS, neurofeedback training is guided by qEEG brain mapping. The brain map identifies which patterns need improvement, allowing training to be precise, personalized, and measurable rather than generic.

Progress is measured objectively using performance tracking and follow-up brain mapping when appropriate. This allows us to confirm real changes in brain function and refine training over time.

The number of sessions varies depending on individual goals, brain patterns, and performance demands. During your consultation, we determine an appropriate training plan based on your assessment and objectives.

Yes. Tools like neurofeedback and biofeedback have been researched for decades, are FDA-cleared, and are trusted by elite athletes, medical professionals, and high performers worldwide.
