SELF-TALK EDGE
Self-talk is the dialogue in an athlete’s mind that can either hinder or increase performance. Gaining awareness of and challenging self-talk is important to performance.

CONFIDENCE EDGE
Sport confidence in athletes is their belief in their ability to be successful at completing a task, skill, or challenge. Athletes need confidence to drive them towards peak performance, without confidence athletes cannot perform at their best.

Mindfulness is the process of intentionally paying attention to the present moment and accepting things as they are without judgement. Athletes need to learn and practice mindfulness in order to find and stay in their flow state.

Imagery is the act of visualizing or picturing something in our minds to rehearse, prepare, and practice outside of formal practices.
